My name is Keith Tapley, and my college major was Health Science with a Minor in Community Health from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. I was an Army Cadet and Health Officer in my command. In addition, I interned as an Executive Director at a 150-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
