Customer Care Specialist
Cody Diiorio was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. He has two very loving parents who will do anything to see him and his two brothers succeed. He met the woman who is now his Fiancé while she was visiting from Pennsylvania to see a friend down in Florida.
Then he moved to Pennsylvania to live with her for over two years. In August 2022, they moved back down to Florida together with hopes of starting a family. Together they currently have three cats: Mango, Tilly, and Charles; and a dog, an 11-year-old Cockapoo named Sirius.
Cody began his career in customer service by working at multiple different Chick-Fil-A locations. This is where he built the foundation of his “pleasure in serving” method of customer satisfaction. He believes there is great joy in seeing a customer arrive who is facing a difficult situation and leaves with a beaming grin, feeling that they have been helped.
Cody is also a certified welder, and he spent seven years fabricating all kinds of metal and structures and forging his work ethic in the Florida heat. If there is one thing he assures, it is that he will do absolutely everything within his power to assist and satisfy to ensure a customer never leaves feeling unheard.
