Regina Sisk is the acting Compliance Officer for Senior Healthcare Direct. Regina’s experience includes nine years working in the call center insurance industry, with eight of those years in Medicare compliance. Her sales experience and her love for everything Medicare have given her a unique view into Medicare Compliance for the call center environment.
Prior to joining SHD, Regina grew into the role of Compliance Officer for Equita, where she was tasked with developing the Medicare Advantage Sales and Compliance departments from the ground up with the help of a talented team of coworkers. She drew upon this experience to develop a Medicare call center Compliance and QA department for SHD.
Under Regina’s leadership, her successful team has built and implemented the compliance and QA department, which continues to evolve and grow as the company does also. She and her team are tasked with auditing, monitoring, reporting, remediation, detection, compliance training, FDR oversight, material reviews, oversight of external and regulatory audits and other tasks related to the seven elements of compliance. Regina’s motto is “Compliance is about the know not the no.”
Regina holds a Bachelors of Fine Art from UNT and is currently working on her certification for the Health Care Compliance Association CCEP. Regina currently lives in Dallas. She is married to an incredible husband and father, has two girls, three boys and three grandchildren, as well as three fur babies. Regina enjoys, researching, painting, building and creating anything, cooking and camping.
